Hello Anisha, i would be very pleased if you can help me out with lenses, i recently bought the Canon 550 D with kitlens 18-55mm, i didnt found this lens much pleasing, first of all it sucks at low lighting conditions, higher ISO leads to more noise and grain and cant do without Flash in low light conditions. can you tell me which lens should be my next buy, i want a pretty sweet bokeh effect with great photography in low lighting conditions.i mean i dont want to use flash at all at low lights, it sometimes spoils the mood of the scene. after a lot of search i found two lenses f1.8 50mm and f1.4 50mm, i dont know the diff between these two lenses however there is a huge price difference, please guide me, i am a novice.
